i have been trying to find out others thing that help lose weight. i still go to sliming club exercise every weeks on weds. i need more help to lose more weight.
I weight 20 stone and my height is 5 ‘ 7 and i am 21 year old, i relly badly want to lose 8 or 9 stone.
I am never happy the way i am and I hoping to know about this Wu-Yi tea or other chinese tea’s that can help me even i still go to sliming club.
If there any good news and any hopes for me to lose 8 or 9 stone let me know please.

20 stone mean i am overweight is not healthy. lose 8 stone which it be 12 stone is a healthy weight if you get what i mean

i think these chinese tea can help to lose weight,like wu-yi tea,oolong tea and so on,finally ,hope you have a good build

I’ve never tried Wu Yi tea, but I have tried Oolong tea, Green tea, and Black tea and many other kinds of tea that don’t originate from Asia.
Do you drink a lot of coffee? Because if you do, the caffeine increases your metabolism. When your metabolism increases, you burn fat more easily. But, if you are trying to lose weight, don’t expect just drinking anything with caffeine in it and going to the gym is going to make you lose weight.
You have to also be taking in PROTEIN. Have you ever heard of the Atkin’s Diet? It has worked for a lot of people, and not for other people. I would give it a try though. What you do is take in about 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight. I don’t know how many grams/kilograms are in a stone, but a pound is equal to 2.2 kilograms. Therefore, you would take in 1 gram of protein per 2.2 kilograms of bodyweight. You can do the math. Remember to drink lots and lots of water. Good sources of protein would be chicken WITHOUT THE SKIN because the skin has fat, LEAN beef which means less fat, or the best way to go would be to eat lots of FISH. You do have to consume about 20 - 30 grams of carbohyrdrates though. If you don’t, you can get really sick. That’s why there’s things like the Food Pyramid. To stay healthy, you are supposed to take in a certain amount of everything.
Remember to keep out of your diet anything that has lots of simple sugars in it, like white bread, or just plain white sugar in your tea or coffee. If you want something sweet in your coffee or tea, use HONEY. Honey still has sugar in it, but it is not processed like white cane sugar.
For carbohydrates, try having mashed potatoes or multi-grain bread or baked beans. Also remember to eat things with lots of fiber. Fiber binds itself to fat molecules in your body and flushes them out. Since most kinds of fiber, like in fruits and vegetables or insoluble, they make you feel FULL even when you’re not. So if you want to feel full, eat plenty of fruits and vegetables.
Just remember not to rely on any ONE thing or TWO things. You have to eat a little of everything else if you are on the Atkin’s Diet. Using a multi-vitamin/mineral tablet is not going to take the place of eating fruits and vegetables. Those tablets are good for you but they should only be used when you are ALREADY eating all the right foods.
Just remember to stay away from baked goods like cake and cookies and ice cream. If you want something sweet, grab an apple or an orange or a banana. Good luck!!!!!
