Wu Yi Chinese tea can help you lose weight. Have you noticed that it is the small changes that make the big difference? So how about giving your taste buds a treat and changing the way you make a cup of tea?
If like me you usually throw a black or green tea bag into a mug and pour on boiling water, change the habit and use a weight loss tea instead. Oolong or Wu Yi Chinese tea should not be made with boiling water, but with water between 82°C-87°C – if you prefer Fahrenheit then 190°
Remember you should not worry about losing weight fast, but losing it for good, a long-term gentle project that will pay huge dividends in the future. Sticking with small lifestyle changes like this will really show the difference on the scales in the months to come.
There are many other small changes that you can make as well as drinking this weight loss tea, such as choosing leaner cuts of meats, removing any visible fat and using low fat alternatives.
Give your frying pan a holiday and use the grill instead, but don’t ever cut anything out completely, and don’t skip meals. The more you can’t have something, the more you are going to want to have it, and this is where cravings begin.
Cut down on sugary drinks and alcohol, read labels and make sure there are no hidden fats or sugar. Avoid grazing and snacking, if you have to have something, “right now” eat an apple or whatever fruit you prefer. I usually freeze some grapes and suck on one when necessary.
It’s a good idea to try and become a little more active each day. Remember don’t set your sights too high, weigh your self once a week and aim to lose up to a kilo and don’t forget to drink your Wu Yi Chinese tea.
