No… i’ve never tried it. You can’t drink it whole of your life. i also thoughted to take it but then i think i will reduce my weight by myself not with the help of these kind of products. these products may have some side effects also. you can reduce 10lbs with your willpower. start light dieting. quit oily food spc. junk food, meat , cold drinks,. Take balanced and nutritious diet. drink lots of of water it will reduce your apetite towards food.
Now i will tell u my own experience. i’ve joined the jim classes and it includes exercises,aerobics,yoga. doing this i also did some dieting too. i reduce 10 kgs in one and a half month. now i leave the gym classes but i still restrict myself to that diet. after that i didnt gain it again. my diet of the day was:
1. in breakfast : 2 brownbread sandwich and one cup of hot coffee.
2. in lunch: two chapattis with any green vegetable. fruits
3.in dinner: fruits and lots of salad. soya milk before sleep.
try this diet plan with some consistent exercise. i promise that you will definitely get good results.
forget about trying that stupid products. nobody gets anythinfg without suffering. if you wanna achieve something then you have to suffer. BEST OF LUCK!
