    nope. None of the ‘magic potions’ work. It’s all advertising.

    You can not loose weight unless you work out and balance your diet. But everyone is too lazy to do that so they are hoping on ‘lay back and lose weight’ methods. Hense so many products.

    I tried it all and nothing works like controlling your appetite and working out daily.

    If you want a decent, normal, EFFECTIVE diet try weight watchers. You can eat w/e you want. I just started it yesterday but ive got some friends that have done it.
