Wu Yi Tea Q&A :

They are the same thing, but in America, they call it WuLong and in Asia they call it Wu-Yi Tea. Anyways, if you have tried it, any side affects? Did you see results in teeth and skin? How about weight wise? Thanks so much.
Also, where did you buy it from? A lot of health stores may be jipping you out of your money. Contact me for more info.

Did it for a few months. Honestly could not see any difference in my weight. It seemed like any old tea. Personally I thought it too expensive for what it is.

Hi, well my wife and i have bring drink this tea for some time and we have found no side effects for ourselves. But from looking at some of the claims about the tea that i seen on the web are… well extreme. Yes we have found that it doe`s control our fat level`s and yes it does stabilize our weight with in a range. But it will not loose massive amounts of weight has some company’s claim.

Nothing special about the both of them.. we take them to reduce oil after a meal and for better digestion. As usual, all tea contain caffein so its better drink only in the morning or afternoon.. Too much coffee or tea may stain your teeth.. But for me, I take them after lunch and dinner.. another suggestion is take green tea.. it helps you to lose weight and keep you healthy.. No side effects..
