  if that’s a Chinese tea try Dragon mart on Awir road or in Deira’s Subaykhah market (around Sabkha Road) you can find some small Chinese /other Asian herbs shops, to the left (west) side . Also close to that on Baniyas road, you have the traditional herb market , next to the big parking structure, you can find all kind of traditional stuff & imported raw/loose teas there.
