hey well i wanted to just go to wal-mart and give this item a try, without sign up for a free trail. but this item call slimquick has green tea in also so do you think that these 2 are the same will its be better then wu-yi tea? and how do you take the tea like 3 times a day or what? thanks

green tea is different because wu yi tea is black one. So I think they are not the same.
