As a general rule of thumb I teach my clients to pay attention to those commercials that are on TV but don’t be “taken” in Everybody’s trying to SELL you something.
Being overweight comes from (in most cases) excessive calories and inactivity over a period of time, so weight loss (in most cases) comes from improved eating habits (not a diet) and activity over a period of time.
I teach people how to make better decisions so that they don’t need my services after 2 sessions and they can also contact me if they have questions.
