Wu-yi wulong tea side effects?
Are there any side effects when drinking wu yi or wu long tea?
As to our knowledge, wu yi tea has no side effects at all, however, we all react differently to the same ingredients, so this really needs to be addressed on a more personal level. Wu-yi tea contains a substantial amounts of caffeine, like all other teas do as well, all teas contain some caffeine, that’s for sure. And as we all know, people react very differently to caffeine… some can drink it without any problems at all when others simply can’t stand the effect it has on them, some even can’t stand the smell of it.
It’s better to focus on the positive side effects of wu yi tea which, to some recent studies are numerous, such as, wu yi tea works really well for weight loss, it raises your metabolism rate, which, of course is good for weight loss too. It could suppress your apettite and moderate your blood sugar levels at the same time. It is also said that wuyi tea reduces the fattening effect of carbs and nourishes your skin (clearing skin eczema).
And when you’re buying wu yi tea, just make sure you buy the one without any additives, chemicals, colourants, etc… it’s important to buy wu yi tea that comes from natural sources.
